Czech maker of organic pigments, dyes and organic intermediates at the SemtinZone site in Pardubice, with about 750 employees; part of the Kaprain Group since 2024. Its history page dates the site to 1920, with dye production from 1941, organic pigment production from 1946 and high-performance (HP) pigments from 1990; in 2025 it increased capacity for disazo condensation pigments. The pigment range covers classical azo pigments, HP pigments and aqueous and non-aqueous pigment preparations for decorative, wood/leather, industrial, automotive and powder coatings, flexo/gravure, offset, UV and screen printing inks, decorative laminates, plastics and fibre colouring, plus textile dyes. It says it supplies customers in more than 60 countries.
