Family-owned North American maker of colour and additive concentrates (masterbatch) for the plastics industry, founded in 1981 in Brampton, Ontario, and part of the Polyplast Müller group (Straelen, Germany) since 1996. US plant at 5712 Commerce Blvd, Morristown, Tennessee (first opened 1986; second and third facilities added in 2014 and 2022, innovation centre in 2019); Canadian site at 8027 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario. Acquired Eastman Chemical's masterbatch business in 2003. Products: colour concentrates (general purpose, high-performance, heavy-metal-free and FDA pigment systems) for blown and cast film, blow and injection moulding, extrusion coating and fibres; white masterbatch with 50–80% TiO2, co-pigmented whites; carbon black and co-pigmented black masterbatch, including NIR-detectable black; additive concentrates (antiblocks, UV inhibitors). Colour matching and custom formulation service in a range of carrier resins.
