Swedish maker of aluminium pigments and flakes, founded in 1898 and owned by the Björklund family since 1931; produces aluminium paste and powder in continuous 24-hour operation in Huskvarna, with about 65 employees and more than 98% of sales exported through agents and distributors worldwide. Range: leafing and non-leafing aluminium pigment pastes for roof, marine, protective, anti-corrosion, decorative and industrial coatings; Silver Dollar and cornflake pigments as non-leafing soft granules for water-based coatings and gravure/flexo inks; leafing pastes and powders for printing inks; dust-free pellets in a polyethylene wax carrier and pastes for plastics (pellets and paraffinic pastes approved for food contact); powders for powder coating and textile coatings.
